Sales Operations Employee

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Employee to join our team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will support the European Sales Operations and Sales Management teams in ensuring smooth order administration, forecasting, reporting, and communication with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Administer and process incoming orders in internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Order Bank Monitoring: Maintain an overview of the order bank; support Sales Management in tracking orders versus sales plans, and provide related reports.
  • Forecasting: Coordinate and administer the internal monthly forecasting process.
  • Documentation Management: Handle applications and compilation of CoC (Certificate of Conformity) and TÜV documents.
  • Delivery & Shipping Administration: Oversee the shipping plan from DDEU and assembly forecasting. Communicate delivery information with dealers and Sales Management. (Future responsibility) Manage delivery administration and coordination.
  • Communication Interface: Serve as the communication bridge between Sales Management Germany, the European Sales Operations Team, and dealers — distributing documents, shipping notices, data, and related reports.
  • Sales Programs & Campaigns: Manage and monitor bonus agreements, sales campaigns, and associated reporting.
  • Operational Support: Handle machine transfers within the system, including use of consignment stock. Address inquiries from DDEU offices and dealers regarding logistics, short shipments, and delivery timelines in both German and English.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education (university degree not required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in order processing or sales administration within a related industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; strong administrative skills.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and assertive.
  • Strong communication skills in German (fluent) and English (conversational).

Authorization to work in Germany is a mandatory requirement for the position.
