Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to perform 40–60 daily outreach activities (calls + emails).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Heros CRM or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and articulate clear value propositions.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Basic understanding of B2B Software / SaaS environments is highly preferred.
