Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Engage prospects. Qualify leads. Fuel revenue growth. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and consistently feeding the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform 40–60 daily outreach activities (calls + emails).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Heros CRM or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and articulate clear value propositions.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Basic understanding of B2B Software / SaaS environments is highly preferred.
