Daikin Europe HQ is seeking a Sales Customer Data Analyst for their Sales Operations team. This role focuses on enhancing sales performance, customer experience, and operational effectiveness through data-driven insights. The analyst will support implementation of a FU30 CIC framework, analyze customer data, and participate in process improvements, ultimately supporting strategic goals like sales reachability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis within a sales or commercial operations context.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM/ ticketing/ telephone systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Genesis).
