About DalAI

DalAI builds AI-powered MVPs, automations, and internal tools for global clients in 10 days or less. We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer who can build scalable outbound engines, automate revenue workflows, and accelerate client acquisition through systems thinking and AI.

Role Overview

This is not a fixed-salary role. You will earn through per-system payouts + revshare + performance bonuses. Ideal for automation engineers, RevOps operators, and Clay/Apollo specialists who prefer project-based high-income work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build outbound engines using Clay, Apollo, Trigify, and enrichment workflows
  • Set up multi-channel Go-to-Market systems (email + LinkedIn + sequences)
  • Create lead scoring, routing, and qualification workflows
  • Build CRM dashboards and automation inside HubSpot/Zoho
  • Deploy AI agents for research, follow-ups, and data processing
  • Own end-to-end Go-to-Market automation projects for DalAI and clients
  • Create reusable playbooks, SOPs, and templates
  • Continuously optimize Go-to-Market funnels with data

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Clay
  • Expertise in workflow tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Trigify, Bardeen)
  • Experience with Apollo or similar outbound sequencing tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems and Revenue Operations fundamentals
  • Ability to write crisp outbound messages and personalization logic
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (OpenAI, agents, embeddings, APIs)
  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset

Nice-to-Have

  • Light scripting (JavaScript or Python)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or services Go-to-Market
  • Prior freelance or automation consulting background
  • Ability to build dashboards and reporting loops

Compensation Structure (No Fixed Salary)

  • ₹20,000 per delivered Go-to-Market workflow/system (Outbound engine, enrichment workflow, CRM automation, AI agent, etc.)
  • 5% revshare on client revenue you help close or deliver for (2–3 months)
  • ₹25,000 bonus for helping close any US-based client
  • Additional payouts for reusable playbooks or high-impact builds

Typical high-performing operators earn ₹1,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 per month based on delivered work.
