Who are you? What we’re looking for:

Dalia is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Revenue Operations Analyst  to join our fast-growing sales organization. The person in this role will be a critical early member of our Sales team, so we are prioritizing experience, independence, problem-solving, and critical thinking. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in identifying inefficiencies in sales cycles from prospecting through to close and providing insightful and actionable recommendations to improve them.

In this role, you will:

  • Research and identity key companies and contacts for our sales reps to prospect
  • Full ownership of CRM (Hubspot) and all processes to keep CRM as clean as possible at all times.
  • Build sales analytics, maintain weekly and monthly reporting, and develop presentations on sales performance
  • Provide weekly reports and analysis on key sales metrics:
    • Phone : Dial > Connect > conversation > meeting booked rate
    • Email: Sent > bounced > opened > replied > booked rate
    • Account Activity: # companies & contacts touched and percentage of TAM
    • Efficiency: # activities needed per meeting, % meetings that convert into pipeline, % no shows, % unqualified
  • Using the data, provide recommendations and action plans
    • Identify key areas that need improvement and how to fix them
    • Identify key areas that are working well and providing documentation to make sure what is working is known organization wide
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly sales commission process

And you will need:

  • Ability to excel in a fully remote work environment
  • Prior Sales, Sales Ops, or Rev Ops experience
  • Prior Hubspot CRM and Salesloft/Outreach platforms experience
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
  • To be a team player who understands we are most successful when we win together
