This person will be the primary relationship owner for their book of business, responsible for driving retention, expansion, and deep customer engagement across independent practices and small group accounts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Experience in a B2B high-growth tech or SaaS environment with a proven track record of hitting retention and growth targets
- Strong relationship management skills — comfortable engaging with small business owners, office managers, and practice staff
