We are looking for an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through a needs analysis exercise, providing dealership and product information, and linking them with a responsive in-store sales manager.

Requirements

  • Sales BDC Experience Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • To be computer savvy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mentality
  • Ability to multi-task and manage leads efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
