Southeast Regional Sales Manager position responsible for delivering territory sales goals and growth objectives, developing direct relationships with accounts, and promoting the organization’s products and/or services to increase product/service representation among customers and end users in the territory.
Requirements
- Deliver territory sales goals and growth objectives
- Frequent travel (50%) including overnight as needed
- Customer relationships management with strong and regular connectivity
- Lead new business development with strong prospecting and profitable negotiations
- Maintain strong working knowledge of products and solutions
- Analyze sales reports/tools to identify and report trends and accurate sales projections
- Strong business acumen to identify business risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, make decisions and solve problems effectively
- Understanding of pricing and profitability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, sales reporting and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication and professional presentation skills
- Resourceful and skilled at developing cross-functional relationships
