We are hiring a Data Analyst to establish a dedicated analytics owner for dashboards, definitions, deep-dive analysis and instrumentation quality. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Content Engineering, Content and Subscriptions to provide bespoke reporting and analysis, and contribute to our analytics strategy by improving how we measure performance as our tools and practices evolve.
Requirements
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar platforms
- Proven experience building, maintaining and improving dashboards and reports that non-technical stakeholders actively use
- Deep digital analytics knowledge, with expert-level GA4 experience and a strong understanding of event-based measurement, attribution limitations and best-practice reporting
- Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets, such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks or similar environments, and strong SQL.
- Strong email analytics capability, including lifecycle performance, cohort behaviour, engagement and downstream impact
- Experience partnering with product managers on experimentation, including test design, measurement plans and post-test analysis
- Strong communication skills – you can explain complex analysis simply and turn insight into action
- Comfort using AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency, analysis quality and insight accessibility
