We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our editorial team, working at the intersection of data, markets, and journalism. The role focuses on analysing proprietary datasets to produce high-quality, data-led insights into our editorial output.
Requirements
- Analyse proprietary datasets on hedge funds, private markets, and investor allocations to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Use SQL (Snowflake) to extract and work with structured financial data
- Collaborate with journalists and subject matter experts to develop data-driven story ideas and embed data into editorial content
- Build practical models to address data gaps and support market analysis and projections
- Incorporate public data sources (e.g. SEC filings) to enhance analysis where required
