We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our startup and lead our sales and revenue-generating initiatives as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Pitch Development: Create and refine compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or startup industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
