Meta is looking for a Data Scientist to work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and have completed a graduate-level course, research project, or internship involving quantitative analysis, scripting, data querying, statistical processing, and machine learning techniques.
Requirements
- Work with large and complex data sets
- Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and presentation of data
- Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Develop strategies for products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses
