Lead data scientist to integrate generative AI tools, establish guidelines, and enforce responsible use; solve complex business cases by creating data-driven models and providing insights for cross-functional teams; design, develop, and implement advanced analytics to generate insights and build solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of related work experience
- Previous experience programming (2 or more languages)
- Previous experience working in the healthcare and/or consulting industry
- Advanced knowledge of big data platforms, query building, programming, and visualization tools
- Advanced statistical modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of statistical testing techniques
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interface and present to management at all levels of the organization
