HDR is seeking a Data Scientist II to assist in the development and maintenance of custom tools, GIS extensions, and applications. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the utilities or public infrastructure space, with a focus on water utilities. The Data Scientist II will work closely with stakeholders to improve business decisions by identifying patterns and trends in data, develop data products, and create automated data pipelines and data engineering solutions.

- Experience providing data science services in the utilities or public infrastructure space, with a preferred focus on water utilities
- Academic or professional experience with generative AI services
