Data Scientist III

Join the FNB Retail Data and Analytics Office as a Data Scientist III and contribute to the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics for Banking Retention and Attrition. Drive business value through innovative quantitative analytical methodologies and work with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies tailored to individual customer needs.

Requirements

• End-to-end model development experience
• Experience with disparate data and identifying unique data patterns
• Strong technical skills with strong coding proficiency in SAS or SAS Viya
• Ability to work with big data and transform data to be suited for analytical insights
• Experience with A/B Testing methodology and measurement of uplift and improvement of KPIs
• Ability to translate business requirements into tangible, creative solutions
