Sr. Financial Analyst

Databricks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team. The role will involve building and managing core planning processes, partnering with leaders across functions to support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking; experience in the software or SaaS industry is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve problems independently
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience using forecasting platforms (e.g., Anaplan) for planning and budgeting is a plus
