Sales Enablement Manager

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be joining a Sales team of 20 Managers, Account Executives and BDRs located in New York, Paris and Singapore and whose sole mission is to bring on new customers. This team has been the engine of DataDome’s exponential growth in the past years: be ready to join a rocket!

DataDome is a full SaaS solution, with a short Sales Cycle that allows new Account Executives to secure deals within their first 3 months after joining the company.

👉 Your mission:

You will play a key part in sustaining another DataDome core value: #Growth.

To do so, you will be responsible for improving and measuring Global Sales Performance.

🎯 You will be more specifically in charge of:

#1 Co-Build, run and measure the impact of the global Sales Enablement strategy

  • Define global Sales Enablement strategy with the Sales leadership (VP of Sales, Regional Head of Sales) and animate the Sales Enablement Roadmap.
  • Define quarterly priorities for Sales Enablement, in alignment with the global Sales strategy.
  • Establish KPI to measure the impact and efficiency of Sales Enablement initiatives

#2 Build and run efficient onboarding and training programs

  • Update existing programs and deliver a world class onboarding to have new recruits prepared to have success in their new roles in reduced ramp time.
  • Build and implement a Sales Training Program to have the Sales Team learn and grow

#3 Develop Sales Content

  • Build and update the Sales Playbook
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop high-quality sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and other sales materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Ensure that the Sales team has the resources, processes and tools needed to have success in their role, by challenging our Sales methodology

#4 Be the interface with the other internal teams

  • Work with internal teams (Marketing, Growth, CSM, Product, Legal etc.) to ensure smooth communication and alignment
  • Run inter-team projects on behalf of the Sales Team

👤 What we look for:

  • You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of Sales Enablement and ideally a SaaS solution Sales experience. Experience with Tech (CTO) & Security (CISO) persona is a plus.
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • You are obsessed with producing and delivering high quality content. You love building slides and presenting it with ethusiasm to the team
  • You are organized, tranform conversations high level conversations into action items and keep track of your projects to ensure they’re delivered on time
  • You are Fluent in English
  • You are eager to learn, and have a great ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
