In this role, you will:
- Drive the end-to-end management of paid campaigns across search, display, social ads, programmatic, and CSL, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with our external agency to launch impactful global campaigns with a strong local attachment, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with Dataiku’s brand and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data rigorously to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Test and implement innovative advertising strategies and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and manage budget allocations for digital channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing investment return.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and support for cross-functional initiatives.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to senior management and team members, driving data-driven decisions across the DGDM team.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid digital campaigns, with a deep understanding of search, social, display advertising, and programmatic buying.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, including briefing, campaign management, and performance review.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- A passion for innovation, constantly seeking new and creative ways to drive performance in digital marketing.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
