About the Role

Ready to shape the future of revenue enablement at a unicorn tech company? We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive our revenue team’s success in Amsterdam. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations through data-driven training programs, process improvements, and innovative sales tools. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, you’ll have direct impact on our global sales strategy and team performance as we scale.

What you will do

  • Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs
  • Help assess sales team performance metrics and identify improvement areas
  • Assist in creating and delivering sales training materials and onboarding programs
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and messaging
  • Provide coaching support to the sales team
  • Maintain sales documentation and assist with performance reporting
  • Help organize and coordinate sales enablement initiatives

What you bring

  • 1-4 years of revenue enablement experience in SaaS
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a scale-up environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to groups
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Understanding of basic sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with good project management capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in creating training materials and sales documentation
