We are seeking a Supervisor II, Customer Experience to lead the Smart Request customer experience team at Datavant, a data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. The successful candidate will oversee and assist customer experience employees in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and educating customers. Key responsibilities include handling supervisory duties, providing customer service, strategizing and monitoring daily activities, and identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience processes.
Requirements
- At least three years of customer Support experience
- Experience leading teams that support AI focused product solutions
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
- Organized with attention to detail
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives
