About the Role


DaVita is seeking an individual to join the Revenue Operations team in a remote capacity as a Director of Special Projects. This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

  • Excellent project management skills to ensure initiatives stay on track and stakeholders are aware of progress and their obligations

  • Ability to concisely communicate verbally and in writing across a broad variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders

  • Ability to prioritize high value opportunities

  • Analytical agility and enthusiasm for digging into, understanding, and resolving challenges utilizing a wide variety of data sets and analytical tools

  • Running projects largely independently

  • Ability and eagerness to learn the dialysis revenue cycle and apply those learnings to drive improvement

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional collaboration and ability to get stuff done through influence, not direct leadership

  • Servant leadership in improving the day‑to‑day experience of Revenue Operations teammates

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.


The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 – $183,000.00/year.


Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
