As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be responsible for finding answers to customer queries and solutions to challenges, supporting a team of experts, and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a role where you’ve worked with customers to solve their problems
- Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfully prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, whilst achieving great results
- Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
- Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
- Ability to negotiate well and be comfortable working with numbers – from customer bills to pricing
- Drive to do right by your customers and your team
