The Director, GTM Execution will lead a critical function within the Marketing team, focusing on the operational aspects of go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and driving efficiency across all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing operational processes, overseeing marketing technology stack, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in driving successful GTM execution. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is essential. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine go-to-market execution strategies and processes.
* Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
* Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful GTM launches.
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals.
* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness.
* Drive continuous improvement in marketing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage external vendor relationships and ensure quality of service.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in GTM execution and marketing operations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
* Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
