About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Video to lead our video strategy and execution. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive video marketing plan that supports our GTM initiatives, enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and generates demand. You will manage the entire video production lifecycle, from concept to distribution, ensuring high-quality, impactful content that resonates with our target audiences.

This is a remote position, open to candidates located in Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a compelling GTM video strategy aligned with company objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to identify video opportunities and create content that supports their goals.
  • Manage video asset library, ensuring proper organization, tagging, and accessibility.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video marketing.
  • Manage external video production vendors and freelancers as needed.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Experiment with new video formats and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with a focus on leveraging video as a key channel.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Director of Video, Video Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing GTM video success.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing video strategies for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Expertise in video production techniques, software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of video marketing best practices, SEO for video, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with animation and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
