The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives to optimize the revenue engine. This role requires a deep understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to support company growth objectives.
- Oversee and optimize the CRM, sales enablement tools, and other revenue-generating technologies.
- Implement and manage processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all GTM systems.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align operational efforts and drive performance.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the revenue engine, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the sales territory planning, forecasting, and quota setting processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, and deal velocity.
- Ensure smooth handover processes between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all revenue operations processes.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing revenue operations strategies.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
