Director of Revenue Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our Go-to-Market operations and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire revenue generation process.
- Manage and improve our CRM and other sales/marketing technology stack.
- Oversee data integrity and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the sales forecasting process and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of revenue operations professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
