Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the sales processes and workflows.
- Develop and manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Train and mentor the sales operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
