About the Role
The Head of Sales Operations EMEA will be responsible for building and scaling DealHub’s sales operations function across the EMEA region. This role will be critical in supporting our rapid growth by implementing best-in-class processes, systems, and analytics to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales operations strategy for the EMEA market.
- Manage and optimize the sales technology stack (CRM, sales engagement tools, etc.).
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and develop a team of sales operations professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on scaling SaaS businesses.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales operations teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the EMEA market is a plus.
