About the Role:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for optimizing our revenue-generating processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to implement and manage our operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve our CRM and other sales/marketing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics.
  • Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on revenue operations strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive revenue growth.
  • Train and support users on our operational tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
