Sales Operations Analyst

Dealhub is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team! We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support our sales operations function. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, improving sales processes, and providing insights to the sales leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance metrics and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sales processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
