Dealhub is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Dealhub, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide critical insights, implement operational improvements, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales engine.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support the sales team with data analysis, forecasting, and territory planning.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies and processes.
* Manage and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and usability.
* Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement programs.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
* Support the sales team in ad-hoc analytical requests.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
