Sales Operations Manager

What you’ll do

DealHub is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and help us scale our go-to-market strategy.

This role will be critical in supporting and optimizing our sales processes, tools, and data infrastructure to drive revenue growth and sales team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tech stack tools, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and implement scalable sales processes, best practices, and policies.
  • Manage lead routing, territory assignments, and sales compensation plan administration.
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and training on sales tools and processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales operations workflows to increase productivity and reduce friction.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and data flow.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and CRM management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Sales Operations or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting is essential.
  • Experience with other sales technologies such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
