The Opportunity

DealHub is looking for a driven and analytical Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team! You will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data integrity, and enabling our sales team to operate at peak efficiency. What you **WILL** do:

  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms, CPQ tools, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Streamline and automate sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and quote-to-cash.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs and resources for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales leadership team with ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
  • Own the territory planning and sales rep assignment process.
  • Manage sales commissions calculations and reporting.

What you **NEED** to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus).
  • Familiarity with sales commission platforms.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
