Dealhub is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team!
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide essential support to our Sales Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the maintenance and integrity of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
* Support the Sales Operations team in managing sales data and reports.
* Help with the onboarding and offboarding process for sales team members.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic sales operations issues.
* Prepare sales collateral and presentations.
* Respond to internal inquiries from the sales team regarding processes and tools.
* Assist in the execution of sales enablement programs.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
