About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining our GTM strategies across all markets and product lines. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the GTM strategy for new product launches and existing product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Define target customer segments, value propositions, and key messaging.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling go-to-market materials.
- Partner with Sales to define sales plays, enablement programs, and pricing strategies.
- Work with Marketing to develop integrated campaign plans and demand generation strategies.
- Analyze GTM performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional GTM planning and execution processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in GTM strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
