Deel is seeking an Enablement Manager to equip teams with the knowledge, skills, resources, and training they need to succeed. The role will involve developing and executing enablement programs to drive high performance across client-facing teams, collaborating with leaders to understand audiences and identify key training needs, and creating and maintaining training programs and resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field
- Keen understanding of enablement audience, minimum two years experience working in or closely with the relevant role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective enablement programs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in a fast-growing or SaaS environment is a plus
