GTM Strategy & Ops Manager

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We’re seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager to execute on our global go-to-market strategy across operations and service offerings. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, a solid track record of achievement, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Have a solid track record of achievement – e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards
• Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
• Have a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
• Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
