Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We’re looking for a seasoned sales manager to own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across our immigration and global mobility offering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- At least 2–3 years selling into Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employee organisations)
- Demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and high contract values
- Experience in immigration, global mobility, HR technology, legal services, or a related professional services field — strongly preferred
- Experience selling retainer, subscription, or managed services models (not just transactional)
- Consultative by nature
- Commercially sharp
- Exceptionally strong communicator
- Highly organised with strong pipeline and forecast discipline
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Genuine curiosity about immigration and global mobility
