Operational Excellence Specialist, People Ops

Deel is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist, People Ops to design, improve, and document People Operations processes, ensuring efficient, consistent, and clear operations. As a system thinker, process optimizer, and knowledge advocate, you’ll map end-to-end processes, uncover inefficiencies, and implement automations to drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or Technical Writing roles
• Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, automation, and redesign across HR or business operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Deel, BambooHR, Rippling) and workflow tools
• Exceptional writing and documentation skills; ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable content
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure process and documentation improvements
