Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager – Oracle

Deel is looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and develop the company’s global relationship with Oracle, a leading enterprise technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building executive-level relationships, running complex co-sell cycles, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• 5 – 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software
• Deep familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem, mainly with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of building and scaling global technology partnerships that deliver measurable, recurring revenue impact
• Experience co-selling with and through large enterprise software vendors at a global scale
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships at VP and C-suite level
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across multiple time zones
• Experience in or adjacent to HR tech, payroll, workforce management, or global employment is a plus
