Solutions Engineer – Deel IT

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with our IT Sales Team to support prospective clients with complex client needs and technical and operational pain points.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role
• Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations
• Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities
