Staff Product Operations Manager – EMEA

As a Staff Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between product and user-facing teams, leading the development of new features, and improving existing functionality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or similar roles, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure products is strongly preferred.
• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases.
• Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
• Ability to empathize with user problems, understand pain points, and effectively shape product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to execution.
