As a Growth Marketing Specialist (Hybrid), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, user engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute data-backed growth marketing strategies that align with the company’s membership-driven business model. Employ a mix of marketing channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO and partnerships
  • Metrics and KPI Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and member acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Lead Generation:Generate and nurture leads throughout the customer journey. Utilize various lead generation tactics and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and the overall lead-to-customer funnel
  • Content Creation and Optimization:Develop compelling and targeted content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and attracting potential members. Optimize content performance through data analysis and audience segmentation
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Identify areas of improvement within the user experience and marketing funnels to enhance conversion rates. Implement A/B tests and landing page optimizations to maximize conversion efficiency
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget allocation and ensure that marketing spend is utilized effectively to achieve growth objectives and maximize return on investment
  • Collaborative Approach:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion and customer acquisition goals. Provide valuable insights and support for sales enablement activities
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in growth marketing and membership-driven businesses. Share your findings with the team and implement relevant strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies in a start-up environment
  • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition, preferably in a membership-based or subscription-driven company
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for creating engaging content
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and email marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Passion for technology, innovation and disruptive business models

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000.

Final salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
