Role Overview
Lead the sales team, manage inventory, and drive the customer experience in a hands-on leadership role. Previous experience in automotive sales management required.
What You Will Do
Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, manage inventory, review and approve deals, and own the customer experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Proficiency with VIN Solutions and RouteOne
- Salesperson’s License
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma
- College degree preferred
