The Customer Experience Strategist will provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to improve PRE customer experience across the organization, collecting and analyzing customer feedback and data to inform enhancements to service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Eleven (11) years of related experience
- United States citizenship
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Skill in building collaborative relationships
- Skill in translating data into strategy and design direction
- Knowledge or and skill in using modern user research tools
- Skill in connecting and aligning initiatives to organizational strategy
- Skilled in negotiation and facilitation techniques
- Skilled in human centered design practices
