We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to help drive revenue growth by expanding our market reach across the Salesforce and RevOps ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will use your previous experience in sales to create meaningful connections with potential customers, position our RevOps subscription service, and close deals. To be successful as an AE at Delegate, you must be adaptable to varying customer segments and markets and be self-driven to meet revenue goals.

Through our RevOps subscription service, we empower companies to discover and introduce new GTM strategies, improve revenue analytics, and never have to think about Salesforce ever again. The base salary for this role is budgeted to be between $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year; in addition, this role is associated with an uncapped variable/commission plan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new markets and target companies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities
- Partner with the SDR team to ensure a seamless hand-off of potential customers
- Navigate complex deal cycles and have experience negotiating
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Update Salesforce CRM with potential customer details and move deals appropriately through the sales funnel on a daily basis while maintaining highly accurate data
- Accurately forecast and communicate your deals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Client Services to create a positive customer journey
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying full-cycle sales, preferably in SaaS service
- Ability to communicate company value proposition to prospective customers across multiple organizational levels both over email and zoom calls
- 3+ years of experience negotiating deals
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets and quotas
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Full authorization to work (without sponsorship, now or in the future) and residency in the United States is required
