Delivery Account Manager

The Delivery Account Manager performs customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers. This includes order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions. The role requires effective communication and sales support with third-party customers, work independently, and safely operate assigned vehicles.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
  • Must have a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers
  • Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
  • Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices
  • Basic troubleshooting ability
  • Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving and common-sense skills
  • Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations
