Develop business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships, managing existing accounts, optimizing restaurant content, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.
Requirements
- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share
- Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues
- Manage restaurant content including menus, delivery times, and method of access to ensure optimal performance
- Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers
- Generate revenue through advertisement sales, brand promotions, coupons, and vouchers; acquire and maintain restaurant menu photography and Talabat branding materials
- Encourage restaurant adoption of digital features including track order functionality, white-label solutions, online payment gateways, and other digitalization initiatives
- Monitor restaurant status on the Talabat platform and coordinate with restaurants to resolve issues affecting live status or delivery operations
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular CRM updates via Salesforce, including contact reports, activity reports, sales reports, and account analysis
- Attend sales and marketing team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and performance updates
