Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
- Ensure menu quality index, price parity, vendor funded deals, and drive affordability
- Building new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts through offer renegotiation, preferred partnerships, and upselling
- Own full performance of your portfolio, from sales performance to in-store operations, to marketing and growth strategies, and providing every-day support
- Maintain a regular cadence of in-person meetings with all your partners in your assigned portfolio
- Provide excellent and proactive reporting to partners on performance
- Negotiate and acquire restaurants on different ads products to help boost their growth
- Ensure daily, weekly, and month targets are on track and with your team lead to ensure constant portfolio growth
- Maintain granular reporting on your portfolio’s performance
- Upselling new services to our existing restaurants such as logistics as a service, tPro, and various loyalty programs
- Automate and digitalize vendor experience by pushing for vendor portal adoption, self-service and self-booking through talabat vendor dashboard
