Director, FP&A

As the Director, FP&A, you will lead the Finance Insights organization, overseeing three iconic brands and serving as the primary strategic co-pilot for the organization’s C-level and functional heads. Your mission is to harmonize planning cycles across Europe and APAC, lead functional business partnering, and manage a high-performing team of regional FP&A managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior Finance/FP&A roles
• Experience in high-growth tech, marketplace, or FMCG environment
• Analytical mastery with Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan
• Stakeholder influence and ability to navigate a matrix organization
• Adaptability and intercultural awareness
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualifications (CFA, CIMA, or ACCA) are a plus
• Direct experience with OneStream and Anaplan is highly preferred
